I can related to the previous reviews. The owner Ben Burns is incredible rude and racist; but this is not about that. The radios are not made in U.S. so you can't use them on Gov contract. They buy cheap Chinese component and just assemble it in U.S. and call it U.S. made. It won't pass the QA ( quality assurance ). I learned the hard way. Also, he has been rejecting our warranty request saying we didn't buy one in spite of the fact that they send us separate warranty paperwork.

Placed an order in Dec 2021 and was...

Placed an order in Dec 2021 and was promised delivery with 7 business day. 9 months later they are not returning my call or refunding me. The guy running the company ( I think he is the owner ) told me to stop complaining and just wait until they get around to it !!!!

Incredibly rude owner

Incredibly rude owner. When asked about customer service or warranty work he keeps calling the customer a "libtard" and doesn't keep his warranty promise.
