I lost so much around November, Worst part is, their Support team never acknowledged or try to remediate the issue. I'm just glad to have contacted (Www . Vectren Fusser .tecH ) to report the issue, because they made sure I got everything back

You can deposit money and trade but When you want to make withdrawal of your funds they seem to reject it, Which means you can accumulate ur asset on their page , After asking for a withdrawal, I sent another email, but I got no response. I later get in touch with Gavinray (a fund recovery specialist) for assistance, he looked into the matter and made the necessary arrangements, so I had to take the proper steps in order to receive my money back. Then he gave me a full refund of the money they took from me on his mail gavinray78 gmail com. It was a negative encounter with the platform

This company is top shelf when it comes to professionalism and customer service. I purchased a few A10's PRO from them which worked for a couple of days then oddly the hashboards malfunctioned. The team worked extremely hard to fix the problem remotely which was astonishing but to no avail. The devices were still under warranty but the manufacturer advised me that they did not have the parts needed to repair the devices and wanted to ship me totally different miners that were not profitable in my region. I did not accept the non-profitable replacements from manufacturer. Miners Depo arranged to have the malfunctioned parts shipped to their repair shop and I’m happy to report that my device is functioning like new. These guys went above and beyond to ensure satisfactory service. Great, honest group over there!!! Will get my business every time! Thanks the whole team at Miners Depo!!
